3 new ventures

First it was Beattie McGuinness Bungay from TBWA\London, then Marcel (né Fred & Farid) from Goodby Silverstein & Partners - and now David Droga is resigning from Publicis. The common thread seems to be a desire to do "non-traditional" advertising outside of the traditional-ad-agency setting. Hmm, I hope they're offering internships...

They started doing the nimble, non-traditional shops in Europe about 6 years ago. Why is the US always so far behind?
